The history of the Congo flag is not so long. The flag of republic of Congo is the fifth flag of the world, which is used as the national flag of Congo, in which the colors of the pan-African is used. The description of the Congo flag is very simple; the flag of republic of Congo is made in the proportion of 2:3. There are three diagonal strips on the flag of Congo, with green, yellow and red color. The strips are drawn in the upside-down format. At the pole side of the flag of Congo the green color strip is drawn, it is more like a rectangle in shape. At the flown side of the flag of republic of Congo the red color strip is draw, it is more like a rectangle in shape. While in the middle of these two, green and red, strip or rectangle there is a yellow color slender strip also drawn in diagonal direction on the flag of republic of Congo.
