When the Kansas was created then at that time, in 1861, the state seal of Kansas was designed by the approval of the Kansas legislature’s first session.

The design and the coloration of the National State Flag of Kansas are very simple and yet it is also very unique the exact color is that of the base that is very nice and eye catching. The flag is made with the proportion of 2:3. The background of the flag is of the color plain blue and that blue is a very deep sort of navy blue color. The cloth used for the flags is often in the form of a silky material and that is the commonly used material. A monogram is present on the front side of the National State Flag of Kansas. This can be passed as a statement in accuracy as the flags age is unknown but has to be recent and that when kept in comparison with other flags that are used by other countries to represent themselves on a world wide basis it is a newer flag. And this is also a very unique flag as it is a state flag and has that rank is there fore this flag cannot be used to represent the entire country to which that state belongs but only the specific state. The monogram, mentioned earlier, is in the shape of a circle. The circle has the outline in the color white and then the yellow color rope. There is a picture made within that circle and that is of river along with a boat, three or five sheep, then there is a farmer and in the back ground, mountains are present and the rising sun can also be seen. The farmer has two horses that he is using to plough the land and his house is there too. The flower is placed on top of a bar that is of blue and yellow color. The flower is the sun flower and is of the color yellow, brown and green respectively. The sun flower is used as a symbol of the new sun that rose as the state was recognized as an independent state. The picture is the monogram that conveys the message of what the ancient traditions of Kansas are and those are gardening and farming which also represents the fertility of the soil in Kansas. The sun setting and rising scene in the picture shows that the people of Kansas are hard working. The Funny pictures of Kansas states flag are available on internet in wide variety.
