The description of the flag of Moldova is very unique it has a very unique design as compared to other flags of countries from around the world overall. The flag of Moldova is a tricolor flag which means it has three colors the only common thing it seems to have with other flags is that the center emblem is a picture of Moldova’s coat of arms. The flag of Moldova is a tricolor flag which has three stripes in vertical shape. The colors in the flag of Moldova are as mentioned above are only three a blue stripe followed by a yellow colored stripe and then the last stripe which is a red colored stripe. In the center of the middle stripe is the picture of the coat of arms of the country called Moldova. The picture is that of an eagle similar to that of the Mexican coat of arms. The eagle in the Moldavian coat of arms is holding a shield and the shield is attached with an aurochs. This is the picture of the coat of arms situated in the center of the yellow stripe in the tri colored flag of Moldova. And that picture is present on the obverse side which is the front facing side only.

This is the only Moldovan flag that is similar to the flag of Saudi Arabia and Paraguay as these flags are the only ones which are unique as they have differing front and reverse sides. That means that the front and back side of the flag of Moldova are not the same but are different. The picture of the coat of arms is visible on the front side but the back side the flag only displays the three plain colored strips. The ratios of the tri colored flag are 1:2 which the size of each stripe is respectively. The other flags used in Moldova are those of different purposes like the flag of the military in Moldova it is a flag which represents a unique military insignia, the cloth that is used for the Military flag with unique insignia is the same cloth that is used for the national flag. The dimensions of the military flag are 2:3 respectively and this flag was officially adopted to represent the Military Flag of Moldova in the year 1991. It is observed that the flag of the National army as well as the national flag of Moldova is the symbol of honor, loyalty for the Moldovan people.
