Montana Flag

The history of Montana state flag is very old flag approximately at the end of the 18th century. Montana became the state of United States of America on 8th November 1889. Montana came in the union of the America at the start of the 40th series. Montana is the 41st number country which gained the position of statehood. The flag that was adopted for the state use after 10 years of the independence of Montana was in 1898 and that flag was used for 7 years and after that it was readopted. Actually the flag of Montana was approved by the officials of Montana originally in 1905. While the current Montana flag was adopted after many years, approximately after more than a century of the Montana statehood recognition that is after hundred and forty years of becoming the statehood. The current Montana’s flag was actually approved by the government of Montana on 1st July 1981. The Montana’s flag state seal was approved by the officials of Montana in 1865. The other name of the Montana or the nick name or the name by which Montana is known is Treasure state. The Montana flag was made in the infantry years of the Montana by a colonel.
