USA Flag
The official history of the USA Flag was finally adopted on the 4th of July in the year 1960. The original design of the flag has been taken from the 18th century flags which were used at the time of the American war of independence with Britain. However, it was in the year 1777 that the congress officially set the design of the American Flag. The design was set on the conditions that there would be 13 alternative stripes on the flag and there would be 13 white stars on a blue field which would be situated on the top left side of the American Flag. It was also then decided that as new states would unite together, a new star would be added for it on the flag. In the year 1818 it was again seen that the current design of the American Flag was given. It is also seen that up to the year 1818 the pattern by which the stars were to be displayed was not certain and that lead to many different designs of the American Flag emerging. This continued until the President stated that the stars should be placed in parallel rows, where it is seen that the last star was added in the year 1960 and that was considered to be the 27th version of the American Flag design.
